Answers to questions you might have about us.
If you already have a decision, you now have to appeal depending on what you claimed previously. We do offer a guide to VA Supplemental Claims. Navigate to "Get Started" and subscribe to find the module in our course. Please note, this process works best when you have your full military medical records and DD214(s).
If you are not sure of your VA claim status; you can go to the VA.gov website and navigate to: VA Benefits and Healthcare > Disability > Check your claim, decision review, or appeal status. You will be able to see the current status of your open/submitted claim there.
Our course includes a template of disabilities in separate documents that is curated for this specific situation. You can pull straight from our documents and file your claim with our disabilities carefully crafted and worded to best help your chances! You may also request your military records with an SF180 found on VA.gov or archives.gov.
The VA claims process takes approximately 5 to 7 months to complete. However, if you have submitted an Intent to File (ITF), you may be eligible to receive retroactive benefits dating back to the filing date, provided the ITF remains valid and has not expired.
